How San Diego Senior Advisor works
We're a free placement service for San Diego County families. We don't charge families anything — we're paid a referral fee by facilities only after a move-in. That means our job is to find you the right fit, not the most expensive one.
The process
- Call or fill out the quiz — 10 minutes, no pressure. We ask about care needs, budget, location, and timeline.
- We screen options — We check availability, pricing, license status (CDSS CCLD), inspection history, and staffing ratios for every option we recommend.
- We tour with you — We accompany you (or join by phone) and ask the questions families don't know to ask.
- Move-in support — We help with paperwork, coordinate with the facility, and stay available after move-in.
